Forney High Lady Rabbit varsity soccer players joined forces with North Forney Lady Falcons varsity soccer players to prepare for the upcoming LEAD19 Summit.  Junior Anna Enochs & Hannah Yudizky of FHS girls soccer team and Cierra Guillory & Emma Hawkins of NFHS varsity soccer team met with local community members to personally invite them to the upcoming conference.

LEAD19 is a Leadership Summit to enable servant leadership, to engage an entire senior class in legacy building through influence, and most importantly, to discuss the power of preparation for positive choices. This conference will engage emerging seniors, head coaches, and the Forney community at LEAD19.  These teams think highly of these community members and hope that they will be able to join us for lunch and round table discussion.

Invitees include:

Chris Adams- Peak Physical Therapy     – Zane Smith – Forney Fire Department – Scott Rowe – Coldwell Banker Apex Realtor

In 2017, The Forney High & North Forney girls teams worked together with the Forney Fire Department to donate items to the Canton tornado victims. Both teams look forward to working with Zane Smith and the Forney Fire Department again.  Scott Rowe is a former educator and local realtor who is a fan and supporter of both Forney soccer programs.   Chris Adams is a physical therapy specialist servicing athletes in Forney ISD.   These are just a few of the many community members that both schools hope to work with as we begin developing emerging leaders on teams, in schools, and in the community.
