Falcons clinch playoff spot with win over Poteet

Your NF Falcon boys’ basketball team clinched a spot in the UIL 5A state basketball playoffs with a 52-40 win over Mesquite Poteet on Friday night.  The win keeps the Falcons in 2nd place in the District 12-5A standings one game ahead of South Garland and two games ahead of Poteet. Falcons to host Mavs Maniaacs this Friday

The Mavs Maniaacs will perform at halftime of the NF Falcon varsity boys’ basketball game this Friday against Mesquite Poteet.  The varsity game will begin at 7 pm.  The Falcons look to clinch a playoff spot with a victory.

Falcons beat West Mesquite; move into 2nd

The NF Falcon boys’ basketball team won at West Mesquite 67-42 to improve to 7-3 in District 12-5A play and move into 2nd place in the district standings.  The Falcons return to action on Friday at home against Mesquite Poteet and can clinch a playoff spot with one more victory. NF Falcons to host Upward Night

The NF Falcons invite all Upward players, cheerleaders, and coaches to the game on Friday, Feb. 6 against Mesquite Poteet.  All Upward participants in uniform will receive a free admission and be recognized before the varsity game which begins at 7 pm.  We ask those wishing to be recognized to arrive by 6:30 pm. Falcon boys survive scare at Royse City

The NF Falcon boys’ basketball team survived earned a very tough win at Royse City on Friday by a final score of 42-38.  The Falcons went into halftime tied 20-20 before taking a 3 point lead into the 4th quarter.
