Saturday, January 30 North Forney Power Lifting hosted our annual invitational meet. We had 333 total lifters competing in our indoor facility. Our kids fought and competed at a high level. Our football team also assisted as spotters, loaders, and table workers. You would have been very roud of each one of our Falcon family

Sat January 16: Sunnyvale, 9 am Sat January 30: Falcon Invitational, 9 am Friday February 12: Cedar Hill – girls only, 4 pm Saturday February 13: Cedar Hill – boys only, 9am Saturday February 20: Forney High – 9 am Saturday March 5: Girls’ Regional Meet
North Forney began power lifting this morning with a great turn out of 63 lifters. The practices are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 6:42 am.
